Eligibility for Return:
- Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., embossed cases) are non-returnable unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
- Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage are required.
Exclusions:
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
- Items beyond the 14-day return window are not eligible for return.
2. Return Policy for Repair Services
Repair Warranty:
- We offer a 90-day warranty on all repairs, covering parts and labor.
- The warranty applies to the original repair issue only. New damages or unrelated issues are not covered.
Refunds for Repairs:
Refunds for repair services will only be provided if:
- The repair could not be completed as promised.
- The repaired device malfunctions due to issues directly related to the repair within the warranty period, and we are unable to resolve it.
Exclusions:
- Devices damaged further after the repair or issues caused by mishandling are not covered under this policy.
